NYT Strands today (game #745) – the answers
The answers to today’s Strands, game #745, are…
- STYLE
- COACH
- BLOOD
- LESSON
- HACK
- CONSERVATIVE
- CYCLING
- SPANGRAM: AFTER LIFE
- My rating: Hard
- My rating: Perfect
The concept of things having a second life, or even an AFTERLIFE, is something I fully support: our ancestors were resourceful with everything they owned, fished or bought and we should be too, whether it was last night’s dinner or an iPhone we no longer need.
That said, I really struggled to figure out what today’s theme was until the very end and I’m still a little perplexed by HACK, which I can only assume is a trick you pass on to your friends.
PRESERVE was the longest word of the day and I had a really hard time seeing and connecting it. Congratulations if you made it through the board as it was slow for me due to lack of clues.

- BEDROOM
