The Joe Burrow Foundation has broken the ties with Hamilton County Municipal Judge, Ted Berry Charlie Kirk.

“The Joe Burrow Foundation was based on the conviction that everyone has the responsibility of doing good. We have ended a member of the Advisory Council who made inappropriate remarks in the light of recent events and they are no longer associated with the Foundation,” the press release said.

“Their comments do not reflect our values or our mission. We are committed to responsibility and respect for all.”
Berry was listed as a member of the advisory council previously on the Foundation website. The statement did not appoint Berry or a benchmark for Kirk’s death. PK Press Club Digital contacted the organization for a declaration to clarify if Berry was dismissed.

Berry could not be joined by PK Press Club Digital to comment. Hamilton County Democratic Party, Alex Linser, told Fox 19 that in response to the “disappointing and divisors of Berry” would not be recognized during a future legal event.
