Islamabad:
The controversy surrounding the depreciation of PTI leaders, Omar Ayub Khan and Shibli Faraz, took a new lap as a Gohar Ali Khan lawyer, disputed the decision of the High Court of Peshawar on Saturday.
The PHC had previously suspended the notification of the ECP desemining the two legislators after being convicted. However, the court subsequently raised the suspension order and adjourned the procedure.
The lawyer Gohar argued that the High Court management was not justified and should be canceled, arguing that the two leaders had exercised their legal right to appeal before the competent forums.
