- OnePlus has exclusively revealed the ONEPLUS 4 Buds in Techradar
- Colder on July 8, alongside phones in the North series, Pad Lite and Watch 3 43mm
- Management LHDC 5.0 listed and given to the price of 3 older buds, I am delighted
OnePlus is a great name in portable technology, but not necessarily One celebrated for its crystal denomination strategies.
It is hardly alone in this regard, given Apple’s decision to go directly to iOS 26 (from iOS 18) and to Samsung, he apparently decided to bypass the buds 2 F to go directly to the 3 FE buds, but anyway, 2025 does not seek different for the Chinese technology giant.
Today (Monday, June 16), the company revealed exclusively in Techradar its five new products: the OnePlus Nord 5 series (including two smartphones: the OnePlus Nord 5 and OnePlus CE5), the OnePlus Buds 4, the OnePlus Pad Lite and a new, smaller Watch 3 Watch 3 – It has a 43 mm dial.
Important things to note on buds 4? First, there is no “north” prefix, which generally designates the mid -range proposals. Thus, while incoming phones could sit in the most affordable handsets of the brand, it is the flagship territory which is concerned its headphones.
OnePlus Buds 4: Specifications and everything we know so far
You would be forgiven to experience a minimum of confusion by looking at the range of current OnePlus headphones – so let me.
A quick glance at the OnePlus website reveals a trio composed of the most recent OnePlus Buds Pro 3 (launched in August 2024), the OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro (arrived in July 2024 and despite our best efforts, we never managed to find a set of revision) and on January 2024-Issue OnePlus Buds 3.
If you really want to become granular on their respective specifications sheets Or You plan to conclude an agreement on the outgoing model when Buds 4 hit the shelves (intelligent), our OnePlus Buds Pro 3 VS OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Professor can help you.
But that changes everything! OnePlus Buds 4 – so simple. So elegant. I do not have too much information on the design or color options, but the case echoes the design language of Buds 3 Pro, rather than on Buds 3, which is a good thing because I found it much more secure.
OnePlus tells me that Buds 4 worked in two pilots And Dual Dacs (Read: the type of audio architecture which should promote the audio quality of the average of the average), LHDC 5.0 (audio resolution audio with higher resolution) and the 3D audio software from one -off one.
For the players, the OnePlus Buds 4 also offer 47 ms of ultra-faible latency in game mode and even if I am not a passionate player, the Pro 3 Buds included The Perk and we really liked it, it is therefore good to see it included in non-pro buds.
Is something missing here? Well, there is not yet any mention of cancellation of noise which, if this takes place, could be a break for certain buyers. Again, this is an early exclusivity (we also have no concrete information on prices), so there is a lot of details to come, but it is worth mentioning.
So far, OnePlus has not yet really made a breach in our overview of the best headphones – but maybe that should change. We will give them a complete criticism, so look at this space …
