Islamabad:
About a quarter of the MNAs attended the six sessions of the 13th session of the Bass Chamber of Parliament on February 10-18, while 46 house legislators of 342 people did not arise throughout the session.
According to the attendance report, 77 MNA, or 25%, attended all the sessions, while 46 AMN or 15% attended any session. No less than 237 AMN or 75% jumped at least one session during the session, 83 MNA or 35% submitted leave requests.
Among the absent, 154 AMN, or 65%, jumped the procedure without any request. The third session witnessed the highest attendance with 205 MNA, or 65%, present, while the fourth session had the lowest attendance, with 142 MNA, or 45% present.
Among the members of the cabinet, the Minister of State for Finance and Income, and the Minister of the Power had the greatest attendance, participating in five sessions. The Prime Minister did not attend any session while the opposition chief attended three sessions.
