The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) announced on Monday the written results of the Central Superior Services exams (CSS) 2024, revealing a success rate of only 2.53%.
According to official data, 23,100 candidates submitted requests for the competitive examination, of which 15,602 appeared for the written phase.
However, only 395 candidates have succeeded, reflecting the continuous rigor and competitiveness of one of the most difficult career exams in Pakistan.
Applicants who have crossed the written exam will now go to the following stages, who include psychological assessments, medical assessments and final interviews.
The CSS examination is considered a bridge to the elite civil services of Pakistan, demanding not only academic excellence but also mental resilience, strategic thinking and perseverance. The low success rate once again puts the intense level of preparation and determination required to succeed.
FPSC congratulated the candidates retained and advised them to prepare for the following phases with equal dedication.
