The non-drinkable tokens platform (NFT) OPENSEA has denied reporting that users affirming a potential airline will be forced to complete the detailed identification or to know the customer (KYC), checks.
“All this is completely false,” wrote the CEO of OpenSea, Devin Finzer on X in response to an article referred to the terms and conditions on the OpenSea Foundation website.
The terms and conditions have also indicated that users would be linked to the use of VPNs and users in the United States could not claim. The page contained “the driver’s language” and was “on a test website for a short period,” said Finzer.
Speculations on an Opensea air map have been swirling since December after having recorded an entity called Opensea Foundation in the Cayman Islands, coinciding with the release of a new version of the platform nicknamed “OS2”.
The user of X Adam Hollander said he had a conversation with the Opensea chief and that “people in the United States will be satisfied with the real announcement of the Foundation when they arrive”, apparently confirming that ‘An airline will take place.
