CTO Larry Ellison said governments should centralize all their data, including citizens’ health data, to improve services and security.
We have already been presented countless studies concerning data foundations, often caused by partitioned data, which prevent companies from making the most of AI.
Now, however, Ellison says that compartmentalized national data cause ineffectiveness at government level.

By making economic information, health care and infrastructure available centrally, Ellison envisages improved health care with personalized treatments, improving agricultural productivity with better analysis of land and cultures, and others Social services focused on AI with prevention of fraud.
Addressing former British Prime Minister Tony Blair at the World Summit of Governments in Dubai, Ellison painted a table of the appearance of modern systems: “We must unify all national data, put it in a database where It is easily consumable by the AI model, then ask the question you like.

Ellison confirmed that Oracle would be ready to build a large central system to help governments get on board with his great intentions.
Speaking in the most recent quarterly results of the company in December, the CEO of Oracle, Safra Catz, thanked the “request for a record level” for the increase in revenues of 52% observed by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
