Judge Aamir Rana of the Balutchistan electoral court led a new vote at 22 polling stations in the district of NA-251, which includes the districts of Zhob and Killa Saifullah.
This decision follows a petition of the National Awami Pachtunkhwa Party (PKNAP), which raises concerns concerning the alleged irregularities in the general elections of February 2024.
The recount will take place at the office of the electoral commission under official supervision, with candidates and their legal teams present to ensure transparency and procedural equity.
PKNAP president Khushhal Khan Kakar appointed a prominent legal expert Salman Akram Raja.
