Stark replied, “Ouch.”

Green Bay selected Kraft in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft out of South Dakota State. The Timber Lake, South Dakota native has only improved since his freshman year. Last year, he had 50 catches for 707 yards and seven touchdowns. He is on pace to break those career records this season.

Kraft called out to family and friends in his hometown. The “Sunday Night Football” show showed townspeople crowded into the only bar to watch the Packers take on the Steelers.

“I’m so grateful. Everything they do for me behind the scenes. I don’t have the words to express how I feel in the moment. It’s just overwhelming gratitude. We just have to keep persevering. We just have to keep stacking up these wins,” he said.

“Timber Lake, I love you. Thank you guys so much.”
