Islamabad:
Despite the increase in tensions in the region, Pakistan airspace remains fully operational and continues to be effectively used by international airlines, according to Pakistan Airports Authority.
In a statement published Thursday, the authority confirmed that international flights did not face any obstacle during the transition to Pakistani airspace. “There is no disruption in the air flow. All international and interior flights are managed gently and safe,” the statement said.
“Additional air traffic due to the reaches of neighboring regions is managed in a professional and routine manner,” he added.
