Islamabad:
Pakistan and China have agreed to strengthen links and launch joint broadcasting projects to effectively fight against false news and disinformation.
This agreement was concluded at a meeting between the Federal Minister of Pakistan for information, Atta Tarar and the deputy chief of the CPC central committee and secretary of the National Radio Party and the Chinese Minister Cao Shumin.
The two parties have agreed that the strengthening of the media, culture and relationships from people to the person would introduce new dimensions to long-standing Pakistani-Chinese friendship, radio-pakistan reported on Thursday.
