Pakistan strongly condemned the Israeli aggression against Qatar on Wednesday, which described it as a violation of sovereignty and international law.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that “provocative and reckless” action had violated the United Nations Charter and established standards of interstate relations.
The declaration reaffirmed the solidarity of Pakistan with the state of Qatar against what it called “an uninsured and illegal aggression”.

Earlier, Israel launched an air strike in Doha targeting Hamas leaders, killing five members, including the son of the main negotiator Khalil al-Hayya. Qatar said that a security guard was also killed.
Israel said the attack was in response to a shooting of Hamas in Jerusalem who left six people dead. Hamas has confirmed that the best negotiators have survived.
The White House criticized Israel’s decision to strike in Qatar, an ally of the United States, although it called the targeting of Hamas a “worthy goal”. President Trump assured Qatar, such an action would not happen again.
Qatar condemned the attack as a violation of sovereignty and promised to continue to publicize the cease-fire talks in Gaza.
Great Britain, France, Germany and the EU condemned the attack, calling them unacceptable and dangerous. Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif also denounced the attack as illegal and a threat to regional peace.
