The United Nations:
Pakistan has called for global support policies to allow development countries short of money to sail in the energy transition during an event commemorating the “International Energy Day”.
“Developing countries whose budgetary space is limited are unable to invest in costly energy projects without better access to financing,” Usman Jadoon Ambassador, Deputy Permanent Representative of Pakistan, said the other day with the Pakistan representative ‘UN.
The special event, organized at the UN headquarters in New York, was organized by the “Group of Friends of Energy”, an informal coalition of Member States who are actively collaborating and plead in favor of policies and Initiatives focused on promoting access and sustainable development to energy worldwide.
