Pakistan to present JF-17 to the prestigious Royal International Air Tattoo in the United Kingdom

Pakistan should display three of its planes at the Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) in the United Kingdom, from July 18 to 20 in Raf Fairford, according to the official Riat website.

This year, Pakistan will present JF-17 Thunder, C-130 Hercules and IL-78. In particular, the JF-17 made its debut during the event, marking an important step for the aeronautical industry of Pakistan.

The JF-17, developed jointly by Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (CAP) and the Chengdu Aircraft Corporation (CAC), is a fighting plane with several roles designed to be profitable compared to other fighters such as F-16.

He flew over for the first time in 2003 and has since undergone several upgrades. The current JF-17C has an advanced radar, a planeic and a more powerful engine, making it one of the most reliable planes in the Pakistani Air Force.

Pakistan has regularly increased its global presence through such display cases of aviation, the JF-17 Thunder attracting special attention. The plane is already in service with the air forces of Myanmar, Nigeria and Azerbaijan.
