A Pakistani national illegally residing in the United States was expelled following a prior dismissal order, the immigration authorities in Dallas, Texas said.
The United States’s application in immigration and customs (ICE) in Dallas “withdrawn” Syed Rizvi, 56, in his country of origin on February 25, the ministry said in a statement published on February 28.
“Ricevi lived in Dallas, Texas, without authorization before withdrawal,” the statement said.
The Pakistani man was expelled from the United States “after being identified by American intelligence sources as a national security priority, designated as removable by the Immigration and Nationality Act,” noted ICE.
