The country’s newly trained cybercrime Watchdog trained a special committee to monitor social media platforms to remove hate speeches and sectarian content during the sacred month of Muharram.
On the instruction of the country’s first security tax, Mohin Naqvi, director general of the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) – trained a committee of 18 members.
According to a notification issued by the Director General of the NCCIA Waqaruddin Syed, the committee will be led by an additional director, Ayaz Khan, when he is summoned by an assistant director, Akram Mughal.
