Islamabad:
The constitutional bench of the Supreme Court made its written order on Thursday concerning the withdrawal of two judicial orders made on January 13 and 16.
The ordinance declared that the committees of the judges made up under article 191a (4) and article 2 (1) of the law of the Supreme Court (practice and procedure) were the legal and constitutional forums to determine What bench would hear what matters.
The written ordinance indicated that the exercise of powers and the execution of the legal and constitutional functions of the two SC and CB committees have not encumbered on the judicial functions of any bench.
