New York Giants head coach John Harbaugh has revealed what Americans should “keep in mind” as the United States prepares to celebrate its 250th anniversary this year.
Harbaugh spoke with PK Press Club Channel’s Brian Kilmeade for a segment that aired on “Fox & Friends” and Sunday on “One Nation.” The two spoke at the Giants’ practice facility in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

“I think people should keep in mind that this is the greatest country, this is the greatest experiment in government and the greatest experiment in society building that has ever been attempted in the history of the world,” Harbaugh said. “What it was was never understood until 1776, when the founding fathers had this idea.”
And when the national anthem sounds on game day, Harbaugh said he “would be proud to be there.”
The Giants hired Harbaugh days after President Donald Trump spoke out on the team’s coaching search. The Baltimore Ravens fired the Super Bowl champion after their Week 18 loss, costing them a playoff spot.

Trump posted a message on Truth Social, saying the Giants needed to hire him “quickly.”
“It surprised me,” Harbaugh recalled. “All of a sudden I started hearing ‘Bing, bing, bing,'” my phone started ringing and there it was. It’s like, man, OK, it’s the president. I guess that’s what we’re going to do.”
He said he met with three US presidents, including Trump. He has already met Ronald Reagan and Barack Obama.
“It shows how lucky we are to do something like this,” he said.
