The alleged victim claimed she and Barmore were arguing about the temperature in a room and food.
Barmore allegedly grabbed the victim’s phone as she tried to leave. The alleged victim then “intended to open the door and scream for help, but Christian grabbed her before she could and threw her to the ground.” Barmore then allegedly grabbed the victim by the shirt near his neck. Barmore also allegedly told the victim that he would ask his cousin to “f— [her] up.”
“[Victim] is afraid of hiring someone to hurt him and make his life difficult. [Victim] mentioned that she had previously heard Christian threaten people by saying that with the money he had he could hire anyone…” states a police report obtained by PK Press Club Digital. “About a week later, [Victim] sent me text messages between her and Christian. They were older messages, but she wanted me to see them because she said they showed what he can do, especially when it comes to being hurt by someone.”
Barmore was charged with one count of assault and battery against a family/household member. The alleged victim also said she no longer wanted any ties to Barmore.

Barmore is scheduled to be arraigned on February 3, five days before Super Bowl LX. The Patriots could claim first place in the AFC this weekend.
“The New England Patriots are aware of reports regarding an impending February indictment involving Christian Barmore, which stems from an alleged domestic incident that occurred in August. The Patriots were made aware at the time of the incident and notified the NFL in a timely manner,” the team said in a statement. “The matter remains part of an ongoing legal process. We will respect that process, continue to monitor the situation closely, as we have over the past several months, and cooperate fully with the league. We will have no further comment at this time.”

News of Barmore’s charges comes just a day after it was revealed that his Diggs costar allegedly strangled his boss over money earlier this month. The woman told police that Diggs “punched her in the face,” she tried to push him away, and then he “tried to strangle her using the crook of his elbow around her neck.”
