- His latest episode pours cold water on a theory of fans on its creation
Peacemaker Season 2 finally revealed how the Smith family had obtained the quantum unfolding room (QUC) – and crushed a theory of fans on its creation in the process.
The last episode of the HBO Max Show, entitled “Need I Say Door”, confirms how the Smiths have come into possession of the multidimensional device. And to tell the truth, it was not what I expected.
Complete spoilers immediately follow for Peacemaker Season 2 Episode 4. Now go back if you haven’t seen it yet.
“Need I Say Door” opens onto a 35 -year -old scene in the past. In this document, we see Auggie Smith, the emotionally manipulative patriarch of the family, leading his sons – Keith and Chris – during a hunting expedition through a forest.
Suddenly Auggie sees something that moves in the dense foliage. By aligning the shot, he draws a single ball which, on the basis of the howl that the creature emits, seriously hurts it.
Stopused by the strange Yelp said that the unidentified creatures that the creatures are made, Auggie and his boys continue the wounded in an open area. By finding their prey, the trio is shocked to see a bipedal extraterrestrial with insect eyes in distress lying on the ground with its bowels in full view.
Insumered by the fate of the foreigner or Keith telling him not to kill him, Auggie ends the creature with another blow that tears the head of his body before slapping Keith for telling him what to do.
Identifying something unusual in the distance, Chris alert Auggie and Keith to what he saw. While the pair is heading, Chris also notices a silver object and curved similar to a case sitting next to the dead foreigner.
After having picked him up, Chris gathers with his father and his older brother to see what they found. And there it is, a door – a standing in the middle of the forest, nothing less – to the QUC. Pakes the beginning of Peacemaker The wonderful title sequence of season 2 as a flashback ends.
Anyone who listens to the official Paciceaker Podcast of DC Studios will know that something about the QUC would be revealed in the last chapter of the DC Universe television program (DCU). On the payment of last week PeacemakerThe Podcast Companion, Gunn, has teased that we would learn more about “Need I Say Door”.
Interestingly, during the mail segment of fans of the episode of the podcast last week, a curious fan theorized that Superman archnemesis and the versatile genius Lex Luthor had something to do with his creation. On the basis of what the door “I require” reveals on the QUC, this is not the case.
Despite this, the fact that the Smiths found a portal to the QUC and moved it in their family home changes what we thought about its construction.
In season 1, we were brought to believe that Auggie created the Querc, so who did it? The foreigner-or the species to which he belongs-is he responsible for doing so, or did he buy it elsewhere too? And why said the extraterrestrial used it to go to the DCU?
In addition, if Auggie is not the brain behind this machine, has he acquired the peacekeepers and his super-surnom of a white dragon of another dimension, or did he do them? And can you move the QUC portal-it can be transferred to a new location if an appropriate door is present and if the person moves, he knows the correct sequence to enter the case mentioned above-an unlimited number of times or is there a recharge sweater function?
Will the second season of the DCU chapter, the second year season, answer all these requests before the end? Who knows, but at least we have a few Clarity on the QUC, even if it is as simple as the way Smiths have acquired this multifiverse technology.
