Golf Great Phil Mickelson Pulled on the head of the Senate minority, Chuck Schumer, DN.Y., on social networks on Wednesday against criticism of the Democratic leader with regard to the law on the eligibility of American voters (SAVE).
Schumer criticized the legislation supported by the Republicans who was adopted in the House earlier this month on Wednesday. The bill would oblige voters To obtain proof of citizenship in person before registering in a federal election.

It would also remove non-citizens from the electoral lists.

Schumer criticized the Trump administration and the Save Act, the appellant “the antithesis of democracy”.
“Donald Trump and the Republicans put our elections in a vice handful-the decrees of the president on one side, and dangerous legislation from Congress to the other,” he said during his speech. “They do not understand the sacred character of the elections and did not keep them.

In a clip of the speech shared by Mickelson on X, Schumer described the “dangerous” bill and “recalling Jim Crow”.

Mickelson retaliated in a post, calling Schumer a “traitor”.
“How is it fighting for Americans? How does citizens not allow voting in the American elections? This is not the case,” reads his article. “It does not represent America, its citizens or their best interest. It is a traitor.”

In response to the hindsight on his post, the Golf liv Pro has doubled.
The Safeguarding Act adopted in the Chamber adopted 220-208 earlier this month. He moved to the Senate, where he will need the support of the Democrats to reach the threshold of 60 votes for advancement. Schumer suggested on Wednesday that this will probably not happen.
“Let me be clear: I will not leave this harmful bill, the Save Act, will become the law. Each democrat is united against. They need 60 votes. The Save Act is dead on arrival.”
