- New Philips Hue products have been disclosed
- There are 4 new lights plus a hub and a doorbell
- It is not clear when they could be launched
We expect new smart lights Philips Hue in the not too distant future, and it seems that the brand belonging to meaning is so excited by future products that it disclosed them early on its own website.
The pages listing the new devices were only briefly live, but before being fired, they were spotted by Hueblog (via Android Authority). There are apparently four new models to come, plus an update Hue Bridge and a new video bell.
We have two new intelligent lights in the line of festivities festivities: light -oriented lights intended for a permanent exterior installation and a garland style strip for decoration spaces. It is likely that the two will be available in a variety of lengths, with the usual richness of choice of colorization of colors and brightness for the bulbs themselves.
In addition, it seems that Philips Hue is about to refresh his more basic light band product, with a gradient function for the outside model and a stimulated light. Finally, there is an update version of the A19 / E27 bulb, bringing with it a wider spectrum of colors and an ultra-basic gradation, while using 40% less energy.
Even more devices
In addition to the bulbs, it seems that Philips Hue will also launch a Hue Bridge Pro: according to the description disclosed, it will be faster, will offer a care of a larger number of devices and also add new fresh features (most likely involving AI). It also promises to transform your smart lights into motion sensors.
Then there is a wired video doorbell, which seems to be an extension of the Hue Secure series of home security cameras. The doorbell is listed as having a 2K resolution, which generally means 1440p – an upgrade on the 1080p resolution offered by current cameras. It is a device that has already been supposed.
What we do not get here is details on prices or availability, although it seems that the wired video door can launch later than other kit bits: it is listed as “to come” rather than “available” on the web page now.
A last treat of this leak is that the vocal control of Sonos seems to come to Philips Hue Systems, so you can use voice commands emitted to your Sonos speakers to control the basics of your smart light network.
