Amazon has published a list for an unpublished Philips Hue Lamp which promises to flood your colored walls. The Smart Wall Philips Hue Play Smart Wall washing machine, spotted by Hueblog.com, is currently listed on the UK store in Amazon, although there is not yet a release date or available prices.
The intelligent island washing machine combines the best features of two of our favorite smart lights: the Philips Hue Play light bar and the Philips Hue Twilight.
Like the light bar, it can be synchronized with an HDMI source to project colorful light on the walls behind your TV, or be used by itself to help define mood. If you have other Hue Philips lights, you can group them with the smart wall washer and apply the same scene or automation to each of them.
Look at the rear of the smart ice washing machine and you will notice a very similar configuration to the LED panel at the back of the Philips Hue twilight. Like twilight, the wall washer presents a system called ColoCast which uses “LEDs arranged precisely” to create a gradient of smooth colors striking on the nearest wall.
When we tested the twilight, Colorcast was one of our favorite features. “The LEDs point slightly upwards, which allows them to spray a wonderful cone of light walls,” said Josephine Watson, editor -in -chief of lifestyle. It seems that the intelligent ice windscreen will provide the same results, but in a larger area.
Twice as brilliant
The intelligent wall washer measures 3.6 x 3 x 6.2 inches / 9.1 x 7.6 x 15.7 cm, which is even smaller than the light bar. However, with a maximum of 1035 lumens, the wall washer is twice as brilliant.
The UK’s list concerns a single lamp, but some of the lifestyle images show a pair of intelligent wall rings linked to a TV via a HDMI synchronization game box, it is therefore possible that they are also sold in multiple-packs.
The case of the smart wall washer has a matt finish to avoid unwanted light reflections, and judging by the images of the Amazon list, it seems to be available in black and white.
Speaking has not yet officially announced the smart wall washer, but I will keep you posted as soon as I have more details on prices and availability.
