An 11 -year -old collector in southern California, who caught a unique baseball card with the Pittsburgh Pirates Star Lancaster, decided to refuse a commercial offer from the MLB franchise.

The pirates offered a package of advantages in exchange for the card. A pair of premium pirate season tickets for three decades, an opportunity to play a softball match on the field, a meeting with Skenes and signed jerseys was one of the team’s offers.

Fanatics Collect, who will take care of the card auction in March, said that she will donate her product to the rescue funds in the Los Angeles region.
Skenes delivered a season to remember in 2024, finishing 11-3 with an MPM of 1.96 and 170 stick withdrawals.
