The IHC on Wednesday sent a petition to the director of Adiala Prison, demanding better prison facilities and meetings for Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard the case filed by former federal minister Shireen Mazari who appeared in court alongside advocate Kamran Murtaza and other lawyers.
During the hearing, the court asked whether she had filed an application with the Superintendent of Adiala Prison? You file a petition with the relevant forum and then go to court if the issue is not resolved, he says.
