Pleadings against the eliminated audio leak committee

Islamabad:

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court rejected the petitions contesting the training of the alleged audio leak commission, declaring the unsuccessful case.

A constitutional bench of five members led by judge Amin UD Din Khan heard the case. The bench included judge Muhammad Ali Mazhar and three other judges.

Judge Amin-Ud-Din Khan pointed out that the audio leak commission has become inactive, making the case ineffective. Judge Muhammad Ali Mazhar noted that the head of the committee, the judge Qazi Faez Isa, has since retired, while the other two members of the committee are now judges of the Supreme Court.
