Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced that the Pakistani abroad who make significant investments in the country will be recognized by civil awards, recognizing their contributions as Ambassadors of Pakistan abroad, Express News reported.
President A high -level meeting on issues concerning Pakistani abroad on Monday, the Prime Minister said: “The Pakistanis abroad play the role of ambassadors for our country. Their services and their dedication to Pakistan are laudable. ”
The meeting was followed by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ishaq Dar, Chief of Staff of the Asim Munnir army, federal ministers and senior officials.
Prime Minister Shehbaz noted that a large number of Pakistani abroad participated in the recent Pakistani convention abroad, reflecting their confidence in government policies. “We salute their sincerity, their love for the fatherland and the sacrifices they have made,” he said.
The Prime Minister praised the world’s achievements of Pakistani abroad, in particular in fields such as medicine, education, engineering and advice. “They won a respectable name for themselves and the country thanks to hard work and integrity,” he added.
He also declared that the government had recently launched a major initiative to honor their contributions. “The Pakistani abroad who played exceptionally in various sectors abroad or have sent the highest versions via the State Bank will be honored with civil prices,” he said.
The government, he said, has committed to solving the problems encountered by the Pakistanis abroad as a priority. The investment opportunities aligned with their professional expertise will be offered in Pakistan to encourage a new commitment.
The meeting also examined the progress of the facilities and strategies announced above aimed at supporting the Pakistanis abroad.
