Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will undertake an official two -day visit to the United Arab Emirates (Water) on Monday to participate in the World Summit of Governments in Dubai, officials.
The visit comes at the invitation of the Vice-President of Water and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is also the sovereign of Dubai.
The summit will bring together heads of state, world decision -makers and business leaders to discuss governance, innovation and international cooperation. It will be Shehbaz Sharif’s second visit to the United Arab Emirates since the Office in March 2024.
Shehbaz Sharif will be accompanied by a high-level delegation, notably the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ishaq Dar, as well as higher members of the cabinet. The delegation aims to strengthen the diplomatic and economic links of Pakistan with water and other global partners.
During the visit, the PM will give an opening speech to the top, where he will describe the vision of Pakistan for inclusive economic growth, digital transformation and governance reforms.
He will also hold bilateral meetings with water leaders, will engage with other heads of state and meet the CEOs of large multinational companies to explore economic and investment opportunities.
The visit underlines Pakistan’s commitment to deepen its partnership with water, to promote economic collaboration and to seek new areas of cooperation for mutual prosperity.
