Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, during his four-day visit to Saudi Arabia, paid tribute to Roza-E-Rasool (PSL) on Thursday, offering prayers for the progress of Pakistan and unity in the Muslim world.
At the second stage of his trip, the Prime Minister and his high-level delegation obtained exclusive access to Riaz-Ul-Jannah.
Accompanied by his delegation, Prime Minister Shehbaz has executed prayers from Nawafil to Masjid-E-Nabawi, praying for the prosperity of Pakistan and the unity of Muslims around the world.
The visit marks an important moment to strengthen bilateral relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, as well as to underline the Prime Minister’s commitment to peace and progress in the region.
Earlier, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Djeddah on Wednesday for a four -day visit to Saudi Arabia focused on strengthening bilateral and economic cooperation. When he arrived, he was greeted by Prince Saud Bin Mishaal, the vice-government of Mecca.
During the visit, Sharif should meet the Saudi crown prince Mohammed Bin Salman to discuss the improvement of trade, partnerships in the key sectors and the expansion of global economic collaboration.
The visit follows the signing of 34 understanding memoranda (soft) worth $ 2.8 billion last October, aimed at stimulating private sector cooperation.
Discussions will also cover regional problems, including the situation in Gaza, the dynamics of the Middle East and concerns for the Muslim world.
The 2030 vision of Saudi Arabia offers important opportunities for Pakistani companies, especially due to the high demand from consumers.
The Pakistani diaspora in Saudi Arabia, 2.7 million, plays an essential role in sending funds. The Sharif delegation includes key officials, including the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ishaq Dar and the Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, who will explore new investment opportunities during the visit.
