“On behalf of the people and the government of Pakistan, I firmly condemn the illegal and odious bombing in Doha by Israeli forces, targeting a residential area and endangering the life of innocent civilians,” said Prime Minister Shehbaz.
He extended the “deepest sympathies and solidarity” of Pakistan to the Emir of Qatar, his Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, the Royal Family Qatari and the People of Qatar during which they described as a difficult period.
Calling the “totally unjustified” strike, the Prime Minister declared that he constituted “a cheeky violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Qatar” and warned that such actions constituted a serious threat to regional peace and stability.

“Pakistan is held firmly with the state of Qatar, as well as with the inhabitants of Palestine, against the attack on Israel,” he added.
The press release comes when the Israeli army said it had made air strikes targeting Hamas leaders in the Qatari capital on Tuesday.
Qatar said the Israeli strikes have targeted the houses of several members of the Hamas political bureau residing in the Gulf country, where the high management of the militant group is based.
The strikes were carried out jointly by the soldiers and the security agency Shin Bet, the two organizations said in a press release.
Neither the Israeli officials nor the domestic media confirmed if the strikes have reached their planned targets. Hamas has also not commented on the fate of its leaders.
