Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and President Azerbaijani Ilham Aliyev walked in Khankendi, Azerbaijan, after the Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO).
President Azerbaijani informed the Prime Minister and Turkish president about Khankendi and his historic buildings, the Prime Minister’s office wing said on Saturday in a statement.
The three leaders hired an informal and pleasant conversation during the walk.
As a symbolic gesture of unity, the leaders held their hands to express exemplary fraternal relations among Pakistan, Türkiye and Azerbaijan.
Later, President Aliyev personally led Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to Shusha for a lunch.

Friday, in a separate development on the sidelines of the Eco summit, Pakistan and Azerbaijan signed a historic agreement for a Azerbaijani investment of $ 2 billion in the Pakistani economy, marking a significant boost to bilateral links.
The agreement was finalized in the presence of Prime Minister Shehbaz, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ishaq Dar and the Minister of the Azerbaijan Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov.
The investment pact follows the discussions between Prime Minister Shehbaz and President Aliyev, and opens the way to a more detailed memorandum of understanding, which should be signed during President Aliyev’s next visit to Pakistan.
