Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reached Abu Dhabi during an official day visit to the United Arab Emirates (water) at the invitation of his Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the Water and Sovereign of Abu Dhabi.
When he arrived at Al Bateen Airport on Thursday, the Prime Minister was warmly welcomed by Sheikh Tahnoun Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Water Security Advisor.

During his visit, Sharif should organize high -level meetings with water management, including a crucial bilateral discussion with Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The talks will cover a wide range of bilateral, regional and global problems that interest mutual for the two nations.
The Pakistani delegation includes the Foreign Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Chief of the Army Staff, Marshal Asim Munnir, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and the Minister of Information Attaullah Tarar.

This visit is part of continuous efforts to strengthen the links between Pakistan and water, discussions that should focus on improving cooperation in key sectors such as trade, security and regional stability.
Last week, Sharif undertook an official two -day visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he had talks with Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman.
Prime Minister and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman agreed to raise the strategic partnership between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia “in accordance with the shared vision of leadership and aspirations of the fraternal people of the two countries”.
The two leaders also reaffirmed their mutual commitment to deepen the multifaceted relationship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
In May, Sharif concluded a six -day tour of Turkiye, Iran, Azerbaijan and Tadjikistan. The visit was undertaken to consolidate the regional ties and personally thank the management of these nations for their support during the crisis with India.

The trip ended in Tajikistan, where the Prime Minister participated in the International Conference on Dushanbe Glaciers, reiterating Pakistan’s commitment to regional cooperation on climatic issues.
The two diplomatic commitments have been described by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of Pakistan’s broader effort to strengthen strategic partnerships, strengthen economic relations and strengthen solidarity in the region.
