Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Djeddah on Wednesday for a four -day visit to Saudi Arabia aimed at deepening bilateral trade and strengthening economic cooperation.

According to a statement from the Prime Minister’s office (PMO), the Prime Minister was greeted by Prince Saud Bin Mishaal Bin Abdulaziz, the vice-governor of Mecca, upon arrival.

Meanwhile, the president of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif postponed his planned visit to Saudi Arabia due to health problems.

According to reports, party sources have confirmed that the doctors of Nawaz Sharif advised him to avoid trips by plane, which led to the cancellation of his trip. His personal doctor, Dr. Adnan, conducts daily medical examinations.
