Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif left Thursday for an official day visit to the United Arab Emirates (Water) where he should respond to water leaders with his delegation.
The Prime Minister is accompanied by the Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ishaq Dar, the Minister of Information Attaullah Tarar and the Special PM assistant (SAPM) Tariq Fatemi.
The visit reflects the fraternal links deeply rooted between Pakistan and water, which are marked by mutual trust, shared values and close cooperation in several sectors, said a press release from Foreign Office (FO).
During the visit, Prime Minister Shehbaz will hold high -level meetings with the water management, including a bilateral meeting with the president of the water and sovereign of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
A wide range of bilateral, regional and global questions of mutual interest and concern will be discussed during high -level interactions.
According to FO, the Prime Minister’s visit will be used to further strengthen long -standing fraternal relations between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates, deepen economic ties and promote multifaceted collaboration.
It is also a manifestation of the shared commitment of Pakistan and water to strengthen the mutually beneficial strategic partnership, improve cooperation in the fields of existing mutual interest and exploration of new avenues to further strengthen bilateral cordial relationships.
Earlier this year, the President of the Water went to Pakistan and landed in Rahim Yar Khan in January.
During a meeting, the Sovereign and the Prime Minister of Water Shehbaz expressed their common commitment to deepen economic, political and cultural ties.
They discussed a wide range of questions, including economic collaboration, regional stability, climate change and the promotion of mutual interests on the world scene.
Sheikh Mohamed stressed the lively interest of the United Arab Emirates to collaborate with Pakistan in the mineral, mineral and agricultural sectors.
The Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to Sheikh Mohamed for the unwavering support of the United Arab Emirates during critical periods, especially in humanitarian assistance and development aid.
The two leaders reaffirmed their dedication to peace and progress in the region, promising to work in close collaboration on questions of mutual interest.
The meeting ended with a joint determination to promote greater cooperation, especially in the priority sectors, guaranteeing a better future for the two nations.
