PM to embark on an official visit to Saudi Arabia from June 5 to 6

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is expected to undertake an official two -day visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Thursday to express his gratitude to Saudi leaders for his constructive role in the disamotion of the recent conflict between Pakistan and India.

The visit of the PM coincides with Eidul Azha and will be accompanied by a high -level delegation, stressing the meaning of the trip.

According to the press release published Wednesday by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the visit, the first first Shari will hold talks with the crown prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

The main areas of discussion will include improving bilateral cooperation in trade and investment, the progression of the well-being of the Ummah Muslim and the fight against regional peace and security problems.

The PM should also express its gratitude to Saudi leaders for its constructive role in the defense of the recent conflict between Pakistan and India, stressing the importance of the support of Saudi Arabia to promote peace in the region.

“This visit underlines the deeply rooted and tested links between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, anchored in shared faith, mutual respect and strategic partnership. It reaffirms the commitment of the Directorate of the 2030 Vision of the Directorate of Saudi 2030 Arabia and the development priorities of Pakistan,” read the Declaration.

Last week, Prime Minister Sharif concluded a diplomatic visit, visiting four countries to strengthen regional partnerships following increased tensions with India.

The tour served as an important opportunity for Pakistan to express their gratitude to these nations personally for their support during the recent climbing. The journey focused on strengthening bilateral links and the promotion of peace, the Prime Minister thanking the main allies for their role in the defense of the situation with India.
