Rawalpindi:
The district judge Abid Rizwan Abid admitted the accusation on Saturday in the case of the murder of Sidra Bibi, 17, for hearing.
Sidra Bibi would have been killed in the name of “honor” in the Pirwadhai region to cover, after her divorce from the first husband.
The court issued nine accused currently in detention, ordering the prison authorities to produce them on September 15. The judge also ordered the arrest and production of 18 fled suspects, including the mother of the victim, two sisters, a sister-in-law and a mother-in-law.

The senior PML-N, Ismatullah Khan, would have been the head of the Jirga, who would have sanctioned the murder, was also charged in the case.
Regular procedures in the case should start on September 15. It is expected that this high -level murder affair could be transferred to a model court for fast trial.
This is the first case of homicide in which almost all the immediate and extended parents of the victim, as well as neighbors, were appointed accused. The accused include the mother, the father, the brother, the victim’s sisters, the sister-in-law, the stepfather, the uncle, the maternal aunt and the paternal aunt.
