Police from the State of Louisiana published a “video of information on critical incidents” after Kyren Lacy’s lawyer provided evidence to try to prove the late innocence of the LSU star on the accusations he was confronted with suicide in April.
Lacy was under investigation in Louisiana For an accident in December which left Herman Hall, 78, a passenger, dead. He was accused of having driven recklessly – accelerate and go to a non -passing area – when the motorist has swerved to avoid Lacy and crashed into another vehicle.
The video seemed to show that Lacy was leading to “a high speed, passing three passenger vehicles and an 18-wheeler loaded in a non-pewing area designated with a displayed speed limit of 40 MPH”, according to the police. Lacy’s lawyer, Matthew Ory, said that there was “no dispute” that Lacy had illegally adopted four vehicles, which had also been taken care of.

The video then shows images of bodycam from an agent who responded to a witness – the driver of the 18 red wheels seen on surveillance. This witness said that the driver of a golden truck going north was blocked on his brakes when approaching the Lacy’s loader, which caused a driver to be deflected in a cadence of Kia behind the golden truck on the southern track to avoid the truck. The pace then crashed into the hill of Kia Sorrento, which was going south.
“Have you seen a green charger fly this way? A green charger caused all this,” said the driver of the 18 wheels.
Police said “many witnesses” told agents who replied that Lacy’s driving had caused the accident.
Another witness said “she had no other choice” than to go, according to the police.
“The other car was trying to spend the other car. I was trying to dodge by not hitting it, coming,” the driver told the police when she was treated for her injuries.
A written report said: “I would say [Lacy was traveling at] No less than 80 MPH. “”
“The golden truck travels north to the right to avoid a frontal collision with the green charger. While the golden truck turns right, the driver of the Kia Cadenza saw the green charger approaching. In response, the driver of Kia Cadenza made a swerved to the left in the southern direction and had an impact on a Kia Sorrento in northern direction”, said the Driver Golden Truck “made a little appropriately”.

“All the evidence collected supports the conclusion that the imprudent operation of Lacy of the green charger in the opposite traffic triggered the chain of events involving the other engines, which led to a fatal accident.”
Ory said that Lacy could not have caused the accident, since it was almost at a distance from a wreck football field when he returned on the right track.
“At the time of the impact, it is 72.6 meters behind the vehicles at the time of the impact. Keyword: behind the vehicles. This is not how this story was painted.” Said Ory.
