Polygon launched the Agglayer exhaustion program to support projects building on Aggayer and Polygon Proof-De-Stake (POS) ecosystems in a boost for Pol tokens stakers.
The program combines incubation and community -based financing to help the founders develop and launch projects, with successful “graduates” from 5% to 15% of their native token supply to police stakers and integration with the Aggayer network.
It provides a practical support for Polygon Labs, financing and access to ecosystem resources to help projects to develop rapidly and connect to the Users’ base of Aggayer and Liquidity.
“With the Aggayer escape program, we are preparing the way for a massive expansion of ecosystems – and this includes opportunities for Pol, with the potential of immense goalkeepers and awards that go back to the community while these projects are starting to grow with a massive liquidity addition to agglayer,” said the founder of Polygon Sandeep Nailwa
Aggayer, abbreviation of the aggregation layer, can be considered as a network of networks that seem to be a single chain to a user. It is based on zero knowledge of knowledge (ZK), a type of cryptography that allows one game to prove information to another without sharing the details.
For example, we can prove to a blockchain that he has enough funds to pay another person without showing his portfolio balance. The network checks the payment, but the financial details remain private. This is different from blockchains or regular banking networks that reveal details.
This makes it possible to create sophisticated financial and game applications, among others, which allow the construction of an ecosystem without confidence (because public details can attract threat actors).
Among the first cohort of the Breakout program, there is Privado ID, an identity framework based on ZK, which is fully graduated and plans to ventilate 5% of its tokens supply to police stakers. Miden, a channel centered on the ZK led by a former Facebook blockchain former, is approaching graduation and will be ventilated 10% of his tokens. A deffi chain, still in stealth, is set on 15%.
These Airdrops offer the police new tokens, increasing the usefulness of Pol while more chains are launching. Instantanesses to determine the eligibility for the aerial card will start next week, and stakers can participate while marking Spin on Wednesday.
