Boys Season 5 will be a full -fledged part Supernatural Meeting after Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins confirmed that they had joined the old cast.
In a video published on Boys“ Various social channels yesterday (February 26), Jensen Ackles, who embodies Soldier Boy in the popular series of Prime videos and his broader franchise, is seen by asking his Supernatural co-stars to join him for Boys“The last chapter, which was confirmed by Amazon in May 2024. Unsurprisingly, Padalecki and Collins respond to the call, which confirms that they have officially signed to appear in the TV adaptation of Amazon.

Involvement of Padalecki in Boys“The fifth season is not a big surprise. Eric Kripke, Boys“The executive showrunner / producer, previously revealed that he had asked Padalecki to join the entire satirical superhero show. Last June, Padalecki announced (out of date) that he had accepted Kripke’s invitation.
Collins’ involvement was not inevitable. In fact, there was little to suggest that he would join his comrade Supernatural Acting former students appear in one of the best prime video shows show of the last chapter. Obviously, however, it will do that exactly.
The additions of Padalecki and Collins at Boys 5The casting realizes the dream of rehabilitation kripke with the duo and the ackles for a post-Supernatural project. No one knows. The Hollywood Reporter (THR) said they would appear in guest roles, but there is no indication of the size of these roles.
One thing is certain, however: the trio will share scenes together. After contacting Amazon MGM Studios, journalist Rick Porter said that Ackles, Padalecki and Collins will appear on the screen at some point in season 5.
This does not mean that Padalecki and Collins will join Ackles to pay as a quil, although this is certainly a possibility. Boys Season 4 included all new sues, such as Firecracker and Sister Sage, which do not appear in the graphic novels of Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson of the same name. Padalecki and Collins could play completely original V -compound individuals rather than characters – super -power or other – who have appeared in the comics.
Until we discovered more on whom they will represent, Boys“The fans base has fun trying to determine the individuals they could play. A thread on Boys“ Reddit Page is full of suggestions, with some commenting that Padalecki could play an older version of Ryan Butcher if there is a significant time jump between the seasons 4 and 5, while others believe that his characters and the characters of Collins will be allies of the holder of Haine Supe.
It will take a while before knowing more about the identity of their characters. The main photography only started season 5 in November 2024 and should not be wrapped before mid-201. I doubt that we receive ideas on the roles of Padalecki and Collins, then until the end of 2025 or even at the beginning of 2026.
