Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson have demands before leaving the Royal Lodge.
The former Duke and Duchess of York are being forced out of their home due to their links to Jeffrey Epstein and have individually requested two homes for compensation.
A friend told The Sun: “Andy is ready to leave, but these are his demands.
“He is realistic and knows the writing is on the wall and his time at Royal Lodge is over.
“If he has to go, he asked for Frogmore Cottage.
“It’s amazing that Sarah said she wanted Adelaide Cottage,” the friend reveals.
“Sarah and Andy have lived together at Royal Lodge since 2008, although they are divorced and considered still a married couple.
They added: “It’s unbelievable that they are ready to separate.
“But it indicates that they have been under immense strain this year and need a break from each other. It’s a new start for both
“Frogmore Cottage is too small for both of them and Adelaide Cottage is around the corner so they will see each other whenever they want.
“Both have a space so that their daughters Eugénie and Béatrice and their families can visit them,” they note.
