Prince Harry apparently honored musicians Marie-Mai, Jelly Roll, Barenaked Ladies and others after playing Invictus Games in Canada.
The Duke honored musicians in his latest statement published on his website and Meghan Markle after the event closing ceremony.
The declaration reads as follows: “While the last moments of the Invictus games, Vancouver Whistler ended, the emotions ran up while we celebrate the extraordinary spirit of our competitors, the strength of their travels and the power of unity.
“During last week, we witnessed incredible demonstrations of courage, strength and perseverance, each testifying to the unbreakable spirit of those who served.”
He also said: “The closing ceremony marked a bit bitter end in this remarkable chapter, when we gathered one last time to honor the competitors who made us all proud.”
The declaration mentioned the musicians, saying: “Musical acts, notably war and the treaty, Marie-Mai, Jelly Roll and Barenaked Ladies took the scene, performing with a crowd of champions, family and D ‘friends.”
