Prince Harry has made a surprising revelation on what was forbidden to do as Royal.
The Duke of Sussex, who left his royal functions in 2020 alongside the wife, Meghan Markle, delivered a speech at the initial summit in Los Angeles.
Harry went on stage on Thursday and explained how his life had changed since his time in the United States.
“I am not the type to be caught in the ditch between the views of the left or right, not stuck by a belief in blue or red. Hell, I was never allowed to vote,” said Harry according to Good morning! Review.
The youngest son of King Charles added: “From my institutional role traveling around the world, at my decade of tasks in the army – I saw the power to serve others in first hand.”
It should be mentioned that although there is no law preventing members of the royal family from voting, it has long been a tradition for them to remain politically neutral.
During his speech, Harry also said about his life in the United Kingdom and the United States now that “the way I answer the question of how we invest in our shared future is now different in the United States, when I lived in the United Kingdom. Why? Because before I move, a large part of my life was around the charity.”
“Since then, while my charitable organizations have been an essential element of the work of my life, I also focused on solutions and prevention upstream, motivated by decisions and investments that solve problems before requiring repair. However, I approached everything in my life through the objective of the service,” added Prince Harry.
