Prince Harry takes another important step for UK security

Prince Harry has reportedly taken another major step towards security in Britain almost five months after losing a court case over the levels of security he and his family are entitled to while in the UK.

This is what royal expert Kate Mansey said in her report for the Times.

Citing royal sources, Kate writes, Archie and Lilibet’s doting father has reignited his security battle with the Home Office by writing to Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood about his case.

The insider claims that a formal request has been made by Harry to the Royal and VIP Executive Committee (Ravec), overseen by the Home Office, requesting that a risk assessment process be carried out.

The insider claims: “I can confirm that the Duke has written to the new Home Secretary to request the establishment of a risk management board.

“While he realizes this won’t be the new secretary’s priority, it’s something that should have happened a long time ago. It’s been a while since we’ve been put off, but all he’s asking is that Ravec follow his own rules which state that an RMB must be made every year. The last one for the Duke was in 2019.”

Home Office sources confirmed requests for assessments had been made by Harry.
