Kate Middleton teased Prince William for having been “difficult” about his brownies because the future king has strict rules of desserts!
On the occasion of the third anniversary of the death of Queen Elizabeth on Monday, September 8, the prince and princess of Wales paid a royal visit to the National Federation of Female Institutes (WI) in London.
The royal couple shared a fun moment on the dessert, while having a conversation with WI members on bakery products.
While sampling pastries like Campari Cake and Brownies, Prince William revealed his particular preferences. “I know my brownies,” he said, as captured in a video shared on X by a fans account with the username @Tokkianami.
Kate Middleton added: “William is very picky on this subject”, to which the future king accepted.
The rule of the future king for the perfect brownie? “Never get nuts in a brownie.”
Kate laughed and joked: “I had to learn the harsh”, attracting laughter of WI members.
Another human moment during the visit was when William was informed by the member of Wi Hilary Fraser that he could not join unless he “put a skirt”, via Daily Mail.
William joked at the time, “Well, for a chocolate brownie, Hilary, you never know what I will do.”
William and Kate also published some overviews of the visit to their official Instagram account to pay tribute to the memory of the late Queen Elizabeth II.
