The children of Prince William and Kate Middleton are their true me when it is the bedtime, says their nanny.
Caroline Redgrave, who spent five years with Princess – George, 11, Charlotte, nine years old, and Louis, seven, revealed that the couple’s children were “full of personality”.
“You get to know them in these quiet hours of the evening,” she reveals. “It is then that they are the most relaxed
“And it is also when you see how really they are anchored; polished, fun and full of personality. “
Caroline continues: “We have always kept a familiar structure of a hot bath, a silent game, stories and then to sleep,” she said.
“It was designed to help them relax slowly.
“The routine was the same, no matter what had happened during the day.”
“We have never used hard products or anything with strong perfumes,” says Caroline about children’s bath time.
“Their skin routines were really simple, very natural. No chemicals, no noise. Just lukewarm water, a soft cloth and a washing with plants. ”
“There was no screen time in the evening,” explains Carole. “It was a question of slowing down everything.”
