Prince William and Kate Middleton, the prince and princess of Wales should move into their new house in Windsor Great Park with their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince William.
The future king and queen have chosen Forest Lodge, a Georgian mansion of eight rooms of an estimated value 16 million pounds sterling, like their “house forever” now.
The ownership would have been in royal possession since 1829 and would have been registered for the last time at £ 15,000 per month in 2001.
Now, real estate expert Russell Quirk said News from Manchester’s Self – That the rent has doubled in the past two decades, William and Kate likely to pay around £ 30,000 a month at Crown Estate.
As quoted by MirrorRussell said: “In the past 20 years, these things vary in the region in the region, the city in the city, but it is enough to say that Windsor has become more and more popular, in particular with foreign tenants.”
He then added: “What has happened in recent years in the previous government and the latter is that the Purchasing Stamp Rights regime is more and more criminal and that the consequence is now that many people rent instead of buying because they do not want to pay on a property like this-say a million pounds sterling on stamp duties.”
“Thus, the rental market in terms of demand is very very strong. Consequently, this property has probably doubled in terms of rent value, so £ 15,000 per month in 2001 are now probably £ 30,000 per month, around £ 7,000 per week. It is not insufficient – many, many demand plans,” noted Russell.
This decision by Prince William and Kate Middleton marks as a step of the Buckingham Palace, where future kings traditionally resided.
