Prince William has reportedly expressed interest in meeting his estranged brother Harry, but under strict conditions.
According to a report from radaronline.comthe future king is ready to speak to Harry after almost three years, but on the condition that their conversation is strictly private, without any involvement from his wife Meghan Markle, without recording or press conference after the meeting.
A royal source claimed: “William is willing to meet Harry, but only if everything happens strictly on his terms. That means no Meghan, no help, and no chance of it ending up as material for a documentary or book.”
“He is deeply concerned about being secretly recorded or having his words distorted – the trust between them has completely disappeared. Harry risks being searched before they speak,” the source continued.
Ties between Harry and William were reportedly strained after the Duke of Sussex made shocking claims in his memoir that the future king physically attacked him following an altercation over Meghan.
A second palace insider said: “William is terrified that anything he says could be twisted and made public. He is not prepared to risk being burned again. If Harry wants to speak, it must be kept completely private – no recordings, no photos and no version of events spun for publicity purposes.”
