Princess Diana received a sweet letter from King Charles before her wedding day.
The former princess of Wales, who was also the first of His Majesty, received a letter from her husband, while he was making a confession of love.
According to Andrew Morton’s book, ‘Diana: in his own words’, Diana remembers: “He sent me a very beautiful ring the day before Clarence House, with the feathers of the Prince of Wales and a very beautiful card which said, ‘I’m so proud of you and when you come, I will be there at the altar for you tomorrow.
“‘Just look them in the eye and hit them.'”
Speaking more about her marriage, Diana told Mr. Morton: “I remember being so in love with my husband that I could not leave him,” reports L’Express.
