Karachi:
A man was deprived of RS3 million in broad daylight, outside his house, in the Upscale Defense Housing Authority (DHA) region on Tuesday.
According to police, four unidentified armed men leading two motorcycles tore Shahid Hussain’s money near the Rehman mosque in phase IV of the DHA, within the limits of the Gizri police station. Images of the incident video surface surfaced, showing that the suspects committing the crime.
Hussain had just returned from a bank to the Badr commercial area, located in the jurisdiction of the Darakhshan police station, and left his car when the thieves hit. A suspect released a weapon from a bag and has force the bag filled with vehicle liquidity. The suspects even opened the bag on site to confirm the amount before fleeing the premises.
The images show the passers -by present at the time of the flight, but the suspects managed to escape without resistance. The face of a suspect is clearly visible in the images, while the others wore traffic jams, masks or helmets, to hide their identity. Police recorded a case on the victim’s complaint and launched an investigation.
